About QYL
1st and 2nd grade (Boys and Girls)- No contact. Teams will meet for 2 hours, once a week. 1 hour for skills and 1 hour five on five small field game. This ensures players get plenty of action.

3rd and 4th grade (Boys)-No Contact. Team will meet for 2-hour practice once a week. Games played on Sunday afternoon against other local towns.

5th and 6th grade (Boys) -Team will meet for one 2-hour practice and one skills session per week. Games will be played on Sunday afternoon against other local towns and occasional scrimmage games.

7th Grade** (Boys) -Team will meet for two 2-hour practices and one skills session per week. Games will be played against other select teams on Saturdays and MBYLL games on Sunday. Two tournaments

8th Grade** (Boys) -Team will meet for two 2-hour practices and one skills session per week. Games will be played against other select teams on Saturdays and MBYLL games on Sunday. Two tournaments.

** 7th and 8th athletes are required to make a 100% commitment and make lacrosse their priority over other spring sports. In fairness to coaches (donating their time) and other team members (commitment), the coaches will have discretion on playing time in relation to commitment to practice.

All Girls Teams have one 2-hour practice per week and one game per week. Cost 130.00
